Every breakfast menu is served with toast, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk (2%), OJ, tea, and coffee. In addition, please choose one of the following for each breakfast in your selected hosting package.
BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST
French loaf bread soaked overnight in a bath of creamy deliciousness. Then it’s inundated with fresh blueberries and baked to a golden brown.
EGGS BENEDICT CASSEROLE
An English muffin crust topped with ham and seasoned eggs. Then, draped with a savory hollandaise sauce. A traditional dish served family style with plenty for seconds.
B.E.C. SLIDERS
This is a keto and gluten-free take on a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit but, of course, with no bread. You won't miss the bread one bit.
FRITATTA WITH BACON, PEPPERS, & SPINACH
This savory Italian breakfast dish is filled with bacon, yummy vegetables, herbs and of course, cheese. A hearty and satisfying breakfast awaits you with this choice.
KALE & EGG BREAKFAST CUPS
Full of flavor and healthy goodness. Kale, sun dried tomatoes, spicy sausage, mushrooms, and feta cheese come together for a great way to greet the day ahead.
BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY
Fluffy biscuits right out of the oven and soaking up a black pepper infused sausage gravy. Sopping is totally acceptable.
VERY VEGGIE CAULIFLOWER RICE BOWLS
Cauliflower rice sauteed in a savory blend of seasonings and topped with sauteed mushrooms, yellow squash, wilted spinach, egg, and a dollop of mashed avocados.
MONTE CRISTO BAKE
Ham, Swiss cheese, eggs, and french bread baked until golden brown. Served with a thick raspberry sauce and dusted with powdered sugar.
SHAKSHUKA
This is a clasic MIddle-Eastern delicacy with eggs poached in a warm and slightly spicy tomato sauce. Topped with feta cheese, cilantro, and kalamata olives.

Why wait until Tuesday for tacos? Chose from chicken or beef, soft or hard shell, and from a wide assortment of toppings including sour cream and guacamole. Served with Mexican rice and chips and queso.
PASTA YOUR WAY BUFFET
Decisions, decisions! Angel hair or penne, bowtie or rotini? Marinara, Alfredo, or pesto sauce? After you get the right pasta and sauce, it's time to top it with your favorites from cheese to grilled veggies, to chicken or Italian sausage. Garlic toast?
DELUXE COBB SALAD BAR
Choose from all the tranditional toppings such as tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese, grilled chicken, red onions, and more. Served with home-made ranch dressing and a variety of other salad dressings.
THAI PORK LETTUCE WRAPS
A complex layering of Thai flavors create both a sweet and savory filling for crisp leaf lettuce cups. Served with chicken egg rolls and plum dipping sauce. A vegetarian option is available.
EMBELLISHED SANDWICH BUFFET
Choose ham, turkey, or roast beef and embellish it how you like. Served with your favorite toppings and assorted flavors of chips. Also served with soup du jour (ask your host for details). Vegetarian options are also available.
BAKED POTATO BAR
Russet potatoes baked to fork-tender perfection. Topped with your choice of butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and all the other classic fixin's.

LASAGNA
Hearty beef and home made marinara sauce are the stars of this dish. Served with fresh baked garlic toast.
STUFFED PEPPERS
Red, yellow, and green bell peppers are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, hearty rice, and mildy sweet tomatoes. Then they are topped with mozzarella cheese and baked until perfectly tender.
GRILLED PORK CHOPS WITH SWEET & SOUR PEPPERS
A great combination of savory grilled pork chops which are topped with a slightly sweet and tangy home made apple cider marinated mixture of onions and peppers.
PORK ARISTA
A pork loin that is stuffed with an aromatic blend of Mediterranean herbs like thyme, rosemary, garlic, and balsamic-glazed figs. Then it is roasted to savory perfection.
CIDER BRAISED PORK ROAST
Fresh and locally sourced apple cider, caramelized onions, and apples combine with slow basted pork for a rich, sweet, and comforting meal.
EGGPLANT PECORINO
Roasted eggplant layered with marinara and pecorino cheese. Then, the whole thing is topped with fontina cheese for an updated take on the classic eggplant parmesan.
ZUCCHINI RAVIOLI
GREEK CHICKEN
Dark and white meat chicken is marinated in an aromatic and flavorsome blend of Mediterranean flavors and finished with a garlic and lemon herb pan sauce.
