1.  Beginning August 1, 2021, all employees, visitors, and guests are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entering and remaining within and on the property at the Crafty Elk Lodge.

  2. The mask or face covering must completely cover the nose, mouth and chin at all times

  3. The policy will be in effect for everyone regardless of vaccination status (i.e., whether your are fully vaccinated or not.)

  4. The following persons are exempted from the requirement to wear a mask or face covering and will not be required to provide proof of such exemption:

    1. Children under two years of age, or children under the age of five years either chronologically or developmentally who refuse to wear a mask or face covering and cannot be persuaded to do so by their caregiver;

    2. Persons with medical conditions who cannot safely wear a mask or face covering (e.g. due to breathing difficulties, cognitive difficulties, hearing or communication difficulties);

    3. Persons who cannot wear or remove a mask or face covering without assistance.

    4. Employees who are in an area of the premise that is not designated for public access, or who are within or behind a physical barrier (e.g. Plexiglass).

  5. Temporary removal of the mask or face covering is permitted where necessary for the following purposes:

    1. Consuming food or drink;

    2. For any emergency or medical purpose.

  6. This policy will be implemented and enforced in “good faith” to primarily educate people on masks and face coverings and promote their use in enclosed public spaces or when others are present in the same room or area and within a 6 foot radius of each other.

    1. Persons with exemptions listed under section 4.1 are not required to show proof of exemption.

    2. Persons entering or remaining without a mask or face covering will be given a verbal reminder of the policy’s masking requirement.

  7. If anyone not exempted from this policy under section 4.1 refuses to comply with this policy The Crafty Elk Lodge or any of its agents or representatives reserves the right to refuse service.

  8. Anyone who refuses to comply with this policy will be evicted from the property and will forefit any monies paid such as registration fees, security deposits, etc.
